5:不重(zhong)視螺(luo)栓的選用(yong),螺(luo)栓使用(yong)混亂的現象(xiang)較突出(chu)

6:螺栓擰緊(jin)方法不當的情況較嚴重

解決方法(fa):如果使用的(de)換(huan)(huan)(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)是液壓換(huan)(huan)(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa),應該(gai)調整控(kong)制(zhi)油路(lu)中的(de)節(jie)流(liu)元件(jian),使換(huan)(huan)(huan)向(xiang)平穩無沖擊;通過改變管路(lu)系統的(de)固有(you)頻率,變動控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)的(de)位置或(huo)適當(dang)地(di)加蓄能器,則(ze)能防振降噪。
四、溢流(liu)閥不穩定
        比如由于滑閥(fa)與閥(fa)孔(kong)(kong)配合(he)不當或(huo)錐閥(fa)與閥(fa)座接(jie)觸處被污物卡(ka)住、阻尼孔(kong)(kong)堵(du)塞(sai)、彈簧(huang)歪(wai)斜(xie)或(huo)失效(xiao)等使(shi)閥(fa)芯卡(ka)住或(huo)在閥(fa)孔(kong)(kong)內移(yi)動不靈,引起(qi)系(xi)統壓力波動和噪聲。
解(jie)決辦法:注意清洗(xi)、疏通陰尼孔;對溢流(liu)閥進行檢查,如發現有損(sun)壞應(ying)該(gai)及時修理或(huo)更換(huan)。
機(ji)械振動(dong)
        油管(guan)細長、彎頭多又沒有進行固(gu)定,在油流(liu)通(tong)流(liu)速(su)較高時,容(rong)易(yi)引起管(guan)子抖動(dong)(dong);電動(dong)(dong)機和液壓(ya)泵的旋轉部分不平衡、在安裝時對中不好(hao)或(huo)聯軸節松動(dong)(dong)等,均能產生(sheng)振動(dong)(dong)和噪聲。
解決(jue)辦法:較長油管建議分開,并與(yu)機(ji)床壁隔開,適當(dang)加設支承管夾;調整電動機(ji)和(he)液壓泵的安裝精度(du);重新(xin)安裝聯軸節,保證(zheng)同(tong)軸度(du)小于0.1MM等。
